I had a very good site meeting with Mr Wilson who clearly explained what would be involved, how longit would take and what it would cost. We agreed the start date subject to the necessary weather.

Andrew and his team completed our path and patio area project efficiently, quickly and on budget. Andrew turned up as arranged and his team worked tirelessly to remove the old concrete from the paths and patio before preparing the areas for his block pathing team. The block pavers had their work cut out as ours is an old property and I don't think there was a singe parallel, or very straight edge, anywhere on what was a complicated series of paths etc.. However, the team did an excellent job including creating an interesting pattern in the blocks. The weather was challenging meaning that Andrew had to work around pretty poor weather conditions, which he did without issue. I found Andrew accommodating and easy to work with, and to be a man of his word.

Andrew and his son worked tirelessly removing large heavy slabs for two days and disposed of them. The team worked through snow and rain and got the slabs laid quickly and efficiently It looks marvellous and I cannot praise them enough. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and his team and if I have any more jobs I will definitely employ them

Andrew came and gave a quote the day after I posted on My Builder. He quoted me £1400 for 3x6m tarmac drive. He started a few days later on the Monday morning. Andrew shows his experience when he works. It looks like he has been installing driveways for a long time. He is easy to talk to which really helps build trust. I watched him work. He did not cut corners. He used the correct amount of hardcore stone below the tarmac so it is strong and will not sink. The price did not go up once the job was complete. I am very pleased with the job and the price. Sometimes when I read reviews I wonder if they are genuine. I am a real person. I live in Ruskington, Sleaford. I had the driveway done because I needed space for a 2nd car as I was tired of swapping them over first thing in the morning.

Andrew and his team started my drive and front stairs on the day he said he would, unfortunately when he started they hit a few unforeseen snags, which made him a day behind, but he took it all in his stride. Very pleasant bunch and nothing was too much trouble for Andrew, even when I changed my mind on a few things. Even with all the snags he still finished on deadline. From start to finish Andrew and the lads worked really hard to get my patio done, in a beautiful grey Indian sandstone. It makes the garden look much bigger than it actually is, a beautiful finish and I'm very pleased with it, they even finished off around the garden gate side of the house, where I keep my bins which now look very tidy. A lovely high spec finish to my garden.... can't wait for summer to get out there and enjoy it all.
